BrightSteps Recruitment specializes in providing reliable, skilled, and compassionate staff for disability support, community services, and labour hire. Our workforce includes disability support workers for in-home and SIL care, community support workers, general labourers for the mining and construction sectors, cleaners for residential and commercial sites, and support coordinator assistants.
Safety and professionalism are our top priorities. Every worker we provide is fully screened, which includes being Police checked and WWCC (Working With Children Check) verified. Additionally, we protect our clients and projects by providing full Workers Compensation and Public Liability insurance for all our staff.
Our rates are designed to be competitive and include training, administration, and insurance costs. For example, a General Labourer for mining or construction is billed at $70/hr. while a Disability Support Worker is billed at $68/hr. We also offer transport and community access services at $65/hr., with vehicle costs being negotiable. Please note that all listed rates exclude GST.
